Refund Policy
Our boards and Catering menus vary depending on season/availability
Please note your box/board may contain variations of what is photographed. We do not guarantee them to look exactly like the photograph, as they change depending on new products, seasonal fruits, etc. We change items seasonally and are always adding new products. We sometimes have to substitute products for a similar product due to supply chain issues.
Delivery Time Frame
Our delivery time frame (unless on a holiday or holiday week/weekend-those have specific delivery windows) is usually between 12-3, but your delivery may arrive as late as 6pm. It all depends on volume, number of staff members, traffic, etc. If you need your board at a specific time, we suggest adding it to the notes. If the window is very specific, order the day BEFORE the event so as to ensure your board(s)/box(es) get to you in time. Or you can always pick up your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy holiday weeks/seasons (Halloween weekend, Thanksgiving Week, the month of December and Valentine's Day)
Picking Up Orders
If you do not pick up your order on the designated day, we will donate it. We will not be able to issue a refund if you do not pick up the item. If you want to pick up your item the next day, we will have to re-charge you for the item as many times we have to remake it.
What if I have to cancel my event?
Orders made for more than one board that are cancelled before an event will be issued a credit that will be good for up to a year to the date. After a year, the credit will be null and we won't be able to issue any credit towards an order. Because we have to purchase our food, flowers and schedule our labor ahead of time, we have to be mindful of cancellations because it leaves us with covering those costs out of pocket. For Full Catering, No refunds will be issued on food, labor, travel fees, or products including rentals, floral, disposables as outlined in all event contracts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If no contact is made within the 24 hour timeline, we will consider all orders acceptable by customer, client, guest and no exchanges, credits, or refunds will be available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards have an expiration date of one year. We cannot honor gift cards after one year.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
